Innervex HMS facilitates current scheduling of patients’ appointments for the doctors, laboratory and radiology services with effective patient scheduling. Online and offline appointment availability and scheduled appointment status can be checked by Patients and staff. The updates can be sent through SMS text message or in email to reduce non-attenders.

Innervex HMS supports you to manage the details of Out Patients effectively by Simple patient Billing / Collection, clearly organized services, e.g. Consulting Services, Procedures, Medicines, X-Ray, Labs, MRI etc. The patient notifications, payment, and next vaccine dose etc., will be updated via SMS.

Innervex HMS manages Inpatient department operations effectively. Patients information with the details of Admission, Room, Consultant, Surgeon, Diet, etc. and the Advance payments also can be maintained and tracked. The unique admissions number generated for each patient enables Simple admissions management, discharges, and transfers.

The search and allocation of bed, ward, and room will be managed easily based on availability and cost.

The Inpatient consultancy and services billing will be managed with Patient Information, Services provided on daily basis like Room rent, Operation, Delivery, Oxygen, Consultation, Nursing Charges, Laboratory tests, Medicines, Procedures etc.

The Paper Based and Electronic Claim billing services to insurance companies and the patient notifications, payment, and next vaccine dose etc., will be updated via SMS.

The Patient Discharge summary creation and management will be done easily, The Discharge summary generated after discharge of patient with the patient’s chief complaint, findings, and diagnosis, the kind of therapy administered and response, recommendations upon discharge in clear format and the laboratory results Information etc.,

Innervex HMS is used by the pathology lab to record, manage and disseminate the information regarding the tests performed and the Effective management of patient medical tests, exam reports, commercial records and laboratory department activities.

Billing for both inpatients and outpatients can be Generated. The authorized personnel will finalize and approve the test report, the approved test reports will be printed.

Finalized reports can be visualized on screen sent to the ward, the Lab reports available via patient portal enabling complete paperless solution and SMS/Email sent to patient when results are available.

The radiology tests are booked at reception desk, after the booking the request automatically sent to the radiology department. Add Imaging or Radiology reports using scanned report formats and options to include images.

• As patient collects medicines from pharmacy shop their charges will automatically transfer to patient billing.
• The Received prescriptions from consulting doctors will be sent to dispensing unit down to a particular patient, without any manual intervention.
• Drug distribution tracking and management can be done and the stock and Arrangement of FIFO and LIFO dispensing methods will also be achieved.
• The Purchase order with due dates of delivery and MRN will be maintained and tracked, the stock, Reorder levels will be maintained.
• Batch and expiry dates will be maintained and tracked.
• Bills can be adjusted against the payments made at another department.
• Stock return to vendors will be effectively managed and tracked.
• Returns from customer and returns from inpatient will be maintained and billing reflection also will happen.

This module will take care of services provided by the hospital. Rate of services charged as per the hospital rules. It will consider panel, Night Charges, Emergency charges, Age of patient and other parameters while calculating the rate of services for a particular patient.

Innervex HMS will take care of consultant management with creating and tracking of consultant charges for outpatient and inpatient visits and procedures. Option for defining consultant charges based on the procedures/ department. And Classifying visit of patient as new / existing for that consultant
