May 1, 2006 — S-AppSys® today announced the promotion of Anuradha Suresh to Director – HR & Technology of the company, effective May 2006. In her new role, AnuradhaSuresh will continue to report to SureshNadarajan, who is the Managing Director & Chief Architect of S-AppSys. and will be responsible for the company's HR activities and product development, delivery, support activities.

Anuradha Suresh joined S-AppSys in 2005. She was promoted to, vice president of R&D in 2005 end. For the last two years, AnuradhaSuresh has managed a R&D, HR activities that encompass product development, customer maintenance, and credit and collection functions. Under her direction, the R&D department has been responsible for S-AppSys' development and maintenance of corporate policies to ensure compliance with internal control standards. She holds a bachelor's engineering degree in Information Technology from the AvinasiLingam University, Coimbatore Tamilnadu, India.
